NEWS A business jet made a dramatic emergency landing at Shannon Airport after suffering engine failure over the Atlantic

The Canadair Challenger 604, with eight people on board, was 150kms west of Ireland when an emergency was declared at 4.15pm on friday.
 The jet, owned by Canadian-based luxurious charter company VIH Execujet Ltd, was en route from Victoria, British Colombia in Canada to Luton Airport in London.
