ALERT We got report El Al flight #LY317 had to abord landing at Heathrow because of an aircraft was on the runway

From report, El Al flight #LY317 from Tel Aviv had to abord landing yesterday at 10:15 pm to London Heathrow because of an aircraft was still on the runway. The Boeing 767 landed safely few minutes later.
