Saddled with over a billion dollars of debt stemming from construction of the new Terminal B and concourse building, Sacramento International Airport raised airport use fees, making it one of the most expensive places in the country for airlines to do business. They now hope to reduce those fees by building two solar farms on airport grounds to reduce energy costs and lower those fees.
